I want some of the henchment armor.
Dervish Henchman armor >>> any other Dervish armor.
In the artbook there's a female version of that armor, and I was so hoping to be able to buy it, but unfortunately it just remained a concept art.
The earth elementalist henchment armor seems like a much better skinned version of the 15k sunspear armor.
This also wouldn't be much work, as the skins are already implemented, so they just have to a few values, and add them to the player armor database.

I dont even want to FATHOM what would happend with frenzy and mending. The entire Hall of heroes would explode!
The Hall of Heroes has erupted and is utterly destroyed and stays in the favor of the lone Wammo!

Why not just make something that works like the Transmogifier Tonic.
One could make you look like a Charr, another like a Shiro'ken. Or it could just be random.
I would love to be able to just randomly make my characters look like enemies.

I've suggested that before.
The general responce was that it would be too hard work to make some armors fit.
Something I found nonsense.
But I like the idea.
But to make the armors green drops and rare. And only drop from boss's.

I think some of the more specific boss armours would be impossible to implement.
I was originally thinking of those armour sets where multiple versions already exist for all character types - Am Fah, Jade Brotherhood, corsair etc - which must be VERY easy to implement, as Nighfall has at least 2 missions where you already get to 'disguise' yourself.

Easy problem to fix. What you could do, is make it like an item that you then take to an armour crafter and it then allows you to craft armour of that skin.

Anet and everyone else who said that it would be too much work, is full of it! You can look at almost any character in the game and you can tell that all the Female classes use almost the exact same skeleton, if not the same skeleton, for animation purposes. The same thing for the Male classes. About 90% of the Human-ish looking monsters in the game uses the same skeletons as the players do. So transfering the armors to a player from an Npc, or a monster to a player would require very little actual work.
Anet would though, have to go back into the armor models and break up the skeletons and models, so you can have seperate pieces (i.e. leg armor, feet, arms, head, and chest.). that is about the only work I can see that would be required.
besides, most of the Npc and monster armors in nightfall are animated and they look better than most of the Player's armor in Nightfall.
There would be problems that I can see though......
I can see people running around all day as Shiro, or a White Mantle person, or a Paragon running around in General Morghann's armor(which I see nothing wrong with this armor though, because the Paragons wont look so gay!). And I know that almost all Rangers would be running around with monster armor, because of how crappy most of the armors in Nightfall look on them.
Anet could make the wearable armor drops extremely rare though, just like green items. but make them Red items. Even Rarer!
And you still have to take them to an armor crafter and pay them a price to get the armor fitted to your character, which shouldn't be cheap. probably like say, 1,500 gold (or maybe as expensive as a 15K armor set) for each peice. And to get a full set of armor would still require you to get the other four peices, and would take alot of work.
Then you can put runes and inscriptions on them as you please.
But Anet could also give specific armors specific properties too. Such as some Extremely rare Ranger armor would give a boost to Fire magic(+1 tops, otherwise take away lots of health!) instead of a ranger attribute. Then a Ranger can use that armor for a more powerful Cross-profession build.
Or give the armor properties that takes away energy instead of health for adding runes. -6 energy for major. and -9 for superior, etc.
Or give the armors premade rune upgrades than cannot be removed. (+10 health, +2 energy, anything else would be too powerful). Then another rune can be dropped on top of this without messing up the properties of the premade armor upgrade.
Maybe making random armor that gives more energy regeneration to a profession that doesn't need it. (example: Ranger armor that gives another +1 to energy regen if you have the entire armor set. but that armor peice doesn't protect nearly as much as is would usually. [for example, no armor against elemental damage])
...just some thoughts.

Look at them Am Fah.
They are fixed model, you can't take them out.
Armor drops are somethink like a Taboo... thay are crafted and only crafted... you can't trade them. You can get them until you reach some spots...
That's all.
